DEFINITIONS
452 Solutions, 452 Solutions Inc, Company, We, Our, Us refers to 452 Solutions Inc., a Delaware corporation, as well as our affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, contractors, licensors, officers, agents, and employees.

Data Controller (a “business” according to the CCPA) refers to the party with the authority and means to determine the use of personal data.

Data Processor (a “service provider” according to CCPA) processes data on behalf of its customers, following its customers instructions. A Data Processor’s users retain the authority and means to determine the use of their customers’ personal data.

GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Services refers to the applications, software, products, and services provided by 452 Solutions, including paid services as well as any portions of our Services offered to you free of charge.

Sub-Processor means a third-party service provider that a Data Processor chooses to use as part of its services. Our Services rely on several Sub-Processors, some of which are listed below.

User, Customer, You, and Your refer to the individual person, company, or organization that has visited or is using our Services.

Our Services may collect:

Your Personal Information. In our Data Controller role, we collect personal information from and about our prospects and customers, including your name, phone, email address, and other contact details. We have the authority and responsibility for how this information is used.

Your Company Information. In our Data Controller role, we collect business information about your company, including your business addresses, phone, email, tax identification number, etc. We have the authority and responsibility for how this information is used.

Your Customers’ Personal Information. In our Data Processor role, our Services provide you a platform to collect personal information from and about your customers, including their name, phone, email address, and other contact details. You have the authority and responsibility for how this information is used.

Metadata. In our Data Controller role, we may also collect metadata related to your use of our Services including timestamps, IP addresses, browser types, email deliverability statistics, activity logs, etc. We have the authority and responsibility for how this information is used.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED
We use the collected information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.

Improve, personalize, and expand our Services.

We develop and deliver our Services through a combination of internally-developed and third-party software tools. Before selecting a third-party tool, we rigorously investigate their systems, controls, and policies regarding privacy. In our role as Data Processor of your customers’ information, our Services provide you the means, and you bear the responsibility, to honor your customers’ privacy requests. To exercise these rights, your customers should contact you.

DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

Encryption. Data across our Services is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Hosting. Our Services and the personal information within are hosted across our Sub-Processors systems which employ industry-leading data security policies and procedures.

However, despite these measures, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of any personal information stored with us or any of our Sub-Processors.

YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
You have the right to:

Access and receive a copy of your personal data, subject to applicable law.

Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data.

Request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law.

Opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us or users of our Services. 

Withdraw your previously-granted consent allowing us to process your data.
